ACTIONbook, practices and tools<\/a>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This publication stems from the desire to exchange good practices on transformative innovation, share challenges and enabling factors and learn from and with European regions &#8211; in the true spirit of the &#8220;Partnership for Regional Innovation&#8221;, an initiative of the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, in which the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/?p=26270\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/innovenetos6.qweb.eu\/en\/2023\/04\/partnerships-for-regional-innovation-event\/\">Veneto Region also participated<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/publications.jrc.ec.europa.eu\/repository\/handle\/JRC135826\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/publications.jrc.ec.europa.eu\/repository\/handle\/JRC135826\">\u2018<strong>Innovation for place-based transformations. ACTIONbook, practices and tools<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 consists of three parts:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.  The\u00a0<strong>ACTIONbook<\/strong>\u00a0to build partnerships for fair green and digital transitions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 2.
